AIR FOR LIFE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you want to return a product, you may do so within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided that it is new and unopened. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before beginning the return process by emailing admin@myairforlife.com with a request to return unused items. If it is a prescription item, you must obtain an order from your prescribing physician to discontinue prescription against medical advice. Always consult with your prescribing physician before starting or stopping any medical therapy such as CPAP, BIPAP, or oxygen. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process.

No returns or exchanges for any/all stationary oxygen concentrators, portable oxygen concentrators, heated humidification systems, multi-functioning ventilators, ventilators, cough assist, nebulizers, or critical care or advanced pulmonary devices. We will honor all manufacturer warranties of our contracted vendors "ResMed Corp, Philips, Inogen One, OxyGo, Fisher & Paykel, Rhythm Healthcare, Drive, Tactile Medical, Masimo and any brand listed on our website. 

For most products, you may return them within 30 days from the date of delivery, even if they have been opened or used, with some exceptions. You will receive an Air for Life Store Credit for used or opened products. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process. You may only return the same item once, and the products must be returned with all the original packaging and manuals. Products that have ordinary wear and tear, water damage, or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted for return.

Some products must be new and unopened in their original packaging to qualify for the 30 day return policy. You may not return these products if they have been opened or used. Mask cushions/pillows, mask frames/headgear, mask accessories, all CPAP parts and supplies, CPAP therapy accessory items, CPAP hose lift and support, CPAP travel cases, CPAP tubing, tubing adapters, HumidX cartridges for Airmini, battery and power converters/adapters, solar panels, CPAP cleaning fluids and wipes, CPAP pillows, gravity blankets, ostrich pillows, eye masks/covers, QardioBase 2 Smart Scale, QardioArm Smart Blood Pressure Monitor, MightySat Fingertip Pulse Oximeter, Quickstart Program, and Air for Life clinical programs are some examples of such products.

For complete mask systems, you may return them within 30 days from the date of delivery, but cushions, frames, and headgear bought separately are excluded. You will receive an Air for Life credit for the returned mask. You must return the mask in its original packaging or ziplock bag to prevent contamination. 

Customers who participate in our Quickstart Program may enjoy an enhanced return policy that allows for a 60-night refund for most products, except for a few exceptions. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

To initiate a return, send an email to admin@myairforlife.com and enter your order number and email address used to place the order. Only orders that have been fulfilled will be visible. Select the item(s) within that order that you want to return, choose the most appropriate reason for the return request, and add detailed comments. You will be offered guidance on where to drop off the package at the nearest FedEx/UPS location. Confirm the return details and submit the return. You will be charged for the cost of the return label, which will be deducted from the refund value ($10.00 for device returns and $5.00 for all other returns). Once the returned package is received, allow up to 10 business days for processing. If your item(s) are not in line with the eligibility guidelines, you will be contacted by the team.

Air for Life does not accept assignment. We are not a provider for any insurance company or health care organization. Air for Life does not file any insurance claims.

Air for Life sells CPAP equipment and services to customers for cash. We do not work with private or government based insurers or social benefit programs. We do not accept assignment. Air for Life is not a Medicare provider nor do we have a Medicare number. Medicare will not reimburse you for purchases you make on MyAirForLife.com.

Air for Life works with certain hospitals on an agreement or contract basis to provide specific pricing for members or patient's of a practice. Those members or patients may call in to hear about those specific terms of their health organizations agreement.
