Care information

Daily:

  1. Empty the humidifier tub and wipe it thoroughly with a clean disposable cloth. Allow it to dry out of direct sunlight.
  2. Refill the humidifier tub with distilled water.

Weekly:

  1.  Wash the components using one of the following options:
  2. Rinse each component thoroughly in water.
  3. Allow to dry out of direct sunlight or heat
  4. Wipe the exterior of the device with a dry cloth.

Notes:

The humidifier tub may be washed in a dishwasher on the delicate cycle (top shelf only).

Do not wash the heated air tubing in a dishwasher or washing machine.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Signature Requirements
Certain high-value medical equipment may require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Prescription Items
Orders for prescription medical equipment cannot be shipped until all required prescriptions and insurance documentation (if applicable) have been verified. This may extend processing times.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Air for Life is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    • Severe bullous lung disease
    • Pneumothorax
    • Pathologically low blood pressure
    • Dehydration
    • Cerebrospinal fluid leak, recent cranial surgery, or trauma
