Orders placed and cleared before 1:00 PM (Pacific), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped the same day.

However, certain holidays including New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Labor Day, President’s Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, and Christmas are excluded. After your order is shipped, it will typically arrive within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that some orders require a prescription, and these orders cannot be processed and shipped until a valid prescription is provided and verified by AIR FOR LIFE.

AIR FOR LIFE can assist you in getting a prescription refill if your existing prescription has expired or is not accessible. Shipping for Rx orders may take longer than standard orders.

Orders totaling $50 or more ship for free, while orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $7.

AIR FOR LIFE also provides expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which vary based on the shipping speed and destination. Please note that certain exclusions apply, such as shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, some rural areas, U.S. territories, Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office, and some high-capacity batteries.

Delivery and shipment times are estimated and not guaranteed. A signature is required for deliveries of CPAP devices and orders over $500.

AIR FOR LIFE reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason. If an order is canceled, the paid amount will be promptly refunded in 3-10 Business Days. Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time, and customers can contact AIR FOR LIFE for any shipping-related questions or concerns.
